In the fall of 2009, Belluzzo was asked to speak to leaders of the UK National Health System, as they began to embark on massive change as a result of a significant and permanent decline in the government funding for health care. Out of this two-hour seminar, Belluzzo has brought together a collection of “lessons learned” on leading organizations through transformation. These lessons can be applied to businesses and organizations in all industries—large and small.
